How Vantage Software has helped St Andrew’s Hospice
Prior to implementing Vantage, St Andrew’s Hospice were using “a paper-based system with Excel spreadsheets often with different formats and resulting in accessibility issues across sites“. These processes were used for their Incident reporting, Risk Management, Complaints/Compliments, Facilities Management and beyond.
Speaking to St Andrew’s Estates and Facilities Manager, Robert Baty, we were keen to learn more about how Vantage software had improved efficiencies and processes at the hospice:
“This system has not only improved productivity and efficiencies, but it has also become an integral part of any improvements we look at across the hospice.”
Do you think Vantage Software is user-friendly?
“This is one of the easiest systems I have used across a 12-year career working within the health sector.”
Do you feel you get good support from the Vantage team, regarding implementing the software, training, and support?
“I have a good relationship with the support team and their knowledge and quick response is noticeable especially as we do tend to ask simple but important questions.”
What do your staff and management think of Vantage Software?
“The staff are now fully onboard using Vantage and we are now seeing additional areas where staff are requesting we add new modules. This shows the ease and flexibility of its use.”
Did you appreciate that Vantage Software can be customised to meet your organisation’s needs?
“This is one of the key features and selling points I personally chose and sold to the board to purchase… having an understanding of how Vantage works we are creating our own modules almost monthly to suit the needs not only within the Hospice but also across the retail units.”
What do you think are the main benefits Vantage software has brought to your organisation?
“The accessibility and ease of use of the system make this a workable daily process saving time and energy on work that before would take hours… able to design and customise modules.“
