About St Peter & St James Hospice
St Peter & St James Hospice provide expert and compassionate hospice care to adults living with terminal illnesses in Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Uckfield, Lewes and the surrounding villages. The hospice offers a range of services free of charge to patients, whether in their homes, at their Living Well Centre or in their Inpatient Unit. The hospice team works holistically to ensure every patient receives the right care at the right time.
As well as patient services, the hospice provides a number of support services to the family and friends of those living with life-limiting conditions, supporting them through the challenges of illness, bereavement and grief. These services include counselling, bereavement groups, welfare advice and spiritual support.
