About Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice
Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice is a remarkable charity dedicated to providing care and support to children and young adults with life-shortening conditions. Located in Huddersfield, the hospice offers services from pregnancy through to age 21 and works closely with health and care professionals to provide personalised, specialist care and support to children and their families.
The hospice offers a range of support services and care to children including, hydrotherapy, music therapy, respite care (day and night), emergency crisis care, symptom control, end-of-life care and family support services such as counselling and bereavement support.
Many of Forget Me Not’s services are available in families’ own homes, including clinical care. The hospice’s care team is led by a highly specialist team of nurses & therapists who deliver a fantastic range of services and care.
