We’re thrilled to welcome Zoe Sweet to Vantage Technologies as our new Commercial Director.

Zoe has spent her recent career helping healthcare technology businesses grow, building high-performing teams and creating customer experiences that deliver real impact. As Chief Revenue Officer at CarePlanner, she built the commercial function from the ground up, helping more than double the business and playing a significant role in its successful acquisition by Nourish Care.

Following the acquisition, Zoe joined Nourish as Sales Director, where she led all new business activity across the organisation, bringing new products to market, developing strategic growth initiatives and driving commercial performance across multiple sectors. During her time there, she was recognised as Leader of the Year, reflecting both her commercial success and commitment to supporting her teams.

At Vantage, Zoe will lead our sales, marketing and customer journey functions, ensuring a seamless experience from the very first conversation through implementation, support and long-term success. For our customers, this means having a single accountable leader focused on making every interaction count and ensuring customer feedback directly shapes how we continue to innovate and improve.
